  • We believe in active listening and understanding that is driven by the culture and values of the care givers we support. We utilize a multitude of assessments, behavior specific interviews, surveys, and functional analysis of the environment in which intervention is necessary before developing a plan of action.

  • We believe in establishing interventions that are value-based and truly worth the change for our caregivers. We understand that, as a caregiver, change can be extremely difficult to achieve, so we take the proactive approach of establishing value for any plan of action before implementation.

  • We believe that effective change should be measurable. We want to share with you the progress made and be transparent about the progress that has yet to be made. Our approach keeps in mind the goals that are valuable to our caregivers while defining a clear and objective way of reaching them.

  • We strive to achieve the liberating feeling of achieving goals that are valuable and measurable. Acknowledging progress for our caregivers is not only empowering but helps to sever the chains of stagnant behavior change. Allow us to liberate you!

  • We believe that true victory follows consistent liberation. Once a cycle is broken, a new cycle begins, and behavior change will prevail. Victory for us is achieving goals that are truly valuable. Behavior change that is effective and long-lasting is truly a victory worth celebrating!

  • We consider the process of behavior change a victory, and those who are victorious have achieved elevation. As we work with caregivers, the systems and methods for effective behavior change are now yours to use for life. Caregivers who have reached our state of elevation have truly mastered our service and will be better prepared to address future changes. Elevation is the final stage before we consider a behavior to have fully EVOLVED!
